Since April of 1948, New City Auto Sales (NCAS) has been providing quality service with reliable results to the community.  Osvaldo S. Guglielmo founded NCAS.  He operated the business for many years  until July of 1976 when he moved the base of operations to its current location at 2813 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Eventually Osvaldo retired and his son, David, who has worked with the family business for over 35 years, took over the operations of NCAS.  David has kept the business strong in the community by continuing participation in various community organizations such as the Knights of Columbus, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge, and the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce.
